Property Company of Friends, Inc. was incorporated on February 23, 1999 by Guillermo Choa and a group of friends who shared in his vision of creating communities and transforming lives. As a property company, Profriends, as it is commonly called, began providing housing units in small pocket developments in Cavite. It has since grown to include medium rise condominiums, estates for low, middle and higher end markets, and a flourishing township in its portfolio. Today, Profriends has committed to be at the forefront of creating integrated communities that provide lasting value and uplift the lives of the families it serves. Since its establishment and as of December 2022, Profriends has built and delivered over 60,000 houses for Filipino families.
Profriends maintains a footprint in select and strategic areas where there is a strong and continuing potential economic growth and demand for housing for the markets it chooses to serve. Since the company launched its residential development in the Provinces of Cavite and Iloilo, Profriends has gained and maintained a considerable hold in the affordable housing market of these areas. Profriends started with pocket developments in Cavite, mostly less than 10 hectares in size and later progressed to developing bigger estates. In 2007, the company expanded its reach in the Visayas with residential projects known as Parc Regency Residences and Monticello Villas, which total 86 hectares in size, both located in Pavia, Iloilo. Pavia’s location has proven to be strategic as infrastructure development in the area boosted accessibility to the Iloilo airport and Iloilo City. The economic growth and the continuing commercial and retail developments around the area benefited these Profriends estates as demand for affordable housing units also increased.
Launched also by Profriends in 2007 is the 2,000-hectare township development project known as Lancaster New City (LNC), which spans the towns of Kawit, Imus, and General Trias in the province of Cavite. This flagship project, which is now home to over 20,000 families, is a testament of how communities can evolve and grow as relationships are nurtured by way of various social activities hinged on values formation and leadership development.

Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends) volunteers recently visited the children in Grace to be Born Maternity Home and Nursery in Pasig City. Headed by Mia Padolina of Events and Merchandising team from Corporate Affairs and Marketing, Profriends employees willingly offered their Saturday morning to give joy to the kids.
In its advocacy to raise awareness on health care, Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends) held an important brown bag session featuring information about cervical cancer, in time for the observation of International Women’s Month.
In observation of International Women’s Month, Profriends and GalingLNC partnered with the local government of General Trias to conduct free Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine administration. An orientation on cervical cancer was first held before participants were given a dose of the HPV vaccine.

Ensures that preservation efforts are exerted through proper negotiation with the buyers to settle their arrears.
Conduct salary and labor market research to look into emerging trends and best practices and recommend improvements, manage the compensation database in HRIS, assist in the annual salary review, and establish and maintain the company’s job grading system, salary structure, and HR performance dashboard.
Responsible for the timely submission of quality and reliable data for report preparation, ensuring extracted data are properly tagged, complete, and reasonable. Assist the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) in decision making through the generation of budget and expense reports and prepare bidding result documents.
Publish the scheduled content for Social Media platforms like Facebook and YouTube; coordinates with artists and Brand to ensure timely availability of posts. Manage daily product inquiries through the Website and Official Facebook Page of the Project.
Plan and coordinate with internal units and the digital agencies regarding required media placements for effective digital and tri-media advertisements, developing the requisite financial analysis versus relevant metrics on the campaigns, monitoring performance, and generating reports.
Monitors processing of title transfer of all transmitted land documents. Ensures complete documentation of acquired properties. Handles documentation of land documents. Handles tenant monitoring. Serve as the primary point of contact of all senior management for all operational and administrative matters concerning the Office of the Chairman, managing schedules and establishing an efficient system for storing relevant information and critical documents, ensuring the delivery of commitments made to the executive, discussing various matters with different internal and external stakeholders, overseeing special projects, and handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

The HR Administration Head is responsible for managing payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance to general labor standards, health and wellness programs, and maintenance and update of HR policies. Produce all land development documents on survey plans and approved schemes with the end-goal of securing LMB approval.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to work specifications through the conduct of site inspection and monitoring and recommending corrective action, if necessary; coordinate with contractors and suppliers; and document site procurement, requisitions and requests for payment.
Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of physical security and safety of residential and commercial areas. Ensures religious implementation of the security management plan and strict compliance of security agencies to the Terms of Reference of the security contracts. Identifies security vulnerabilities of residential, commercial, and common areas and recommends security measure enhancements.
Develop schematic designs and accurate plans including perspective drawings and presentations by coordinating with the requesting unit as well as the Engineering and survey team. Responsible for lot plotting for final site development plan and lot inventories and conducting site inspections to ascertain compliance to the design documents issued.
Assist the Sales team in dealing with clients and agents, appropriately identifying their needs, and providing solutions based on guidelines as well as generating the required reports.
Responsible in handling over the counter buyer related transactions i.e., payment acceptance, amortization inquiries etc.
Support the Estate and Asset Management Head in the areas of security, community services, and maintenance and upkeep of all common facilities and amenities.
Overall in-charge of delivering short and medium-term targets through the development and implementation of sound marketing plans and sales strategies as well as management of sales or distribution channels.
