Familia Fiesta: 17th Year Celebration of Profriends in Iloilo
Highlighting the festive mood, the Familia Fiesta lived up to its name as Profriends Iloilo celebrated its 17th anniversary throughout the day with various activities for the families in its communities. Residents from Parc Regency Residences and Monticello Villas joyfully participated in the occasion, which started with the celebration of Holy Mass, followed by a drum and bugle parade, a fun walk around the estate, a bicycle fun ride, and an energetic Zumba session led by the moms. A pet costume contest was then held to include the homeowners’ fur babies in the merriment. Bingo games added to the fun and an online tournament gave the millennials and Gen Zs the opportunity to showcase their gaming skills. These activities further strengthened the relationships among members of the community. “Ang galing kase andaming nag-participate from all ages. Ang smooth din ng program from start to finish. Maganda ang set-up at ambiance--- fiesta talaga,” remarked a homeowner who attended the event.
The big swimming pool unique to Parc Regency Residences was opened for the families to enjoy throughout the day. On the weeks leading up to the anniversary, Profriends entered into collaboration with partner merchanys to provide its residents with exclusive offers through a rewards card, which was also distributed that day.
Iloilo became the second home of Profriends when it launched its estates in Pavia in 2007. As the communities of Parc Regency Residences and Monticello Villas grew, the province of Pavia has flourished into a bustling town with opportunities opening to serve more and more families residing in the once quiet town. Of late, Profriends introduced Monticello Intimo also in Pavia, and a neighborhood housing, Merrydale Homes, in the town of Santa Barbara. The latter which hosts the access road going to Iloilo international Airport, is seen to become a hub for provincial and regional government offices.
This year, Profriends is celebrating its 25th year of creating communities that transforms lives.
