Profriends Welcomes Its Newest Kapitbahay
Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends) celebrates its 25th anniversary by welcoming its newest Kapitbahay. This November, Profriends will introduce a video that portrays how a nurturing community can bring out the best in an iconic character.
“We are very honoured to have Dimples Romana as our newest Kapitbahay! Beyond her teleserye character, we feel that her genuine and warm personality fits who Profriends is,” explains Profriends brand manager KC Ordonez. “We have always been committed to develop more than just houses and condominiums. What is important for us is that our residents get to live in real, thriving communities in the developments we have mindfully designed.”
Given the rising value of land in Cavite, Profriends has recently conceptualized a different kind of condo living that is true to what it stands for. Westwind at Lancaster New City and Lamore at Micara Estates in Tanza are low-rise vertical projects that consider open spaces and green lanes needed by families for recreation and bonding. The aim is for residents to still experience comfortable home living with the convenience of condo living. Both projects are reasonably priced so that first time homeowners and investors may get to enjoy these new properties.
“Dimples’ iconic character will walk us through our vertical developments and she will be part of the different activities that we usually do in our communities,” quipped KC. “Our intention is to organize on-ground volunteer movements in all our developments that would empower individuals and hone future leaders of our country. We have done this in Lancaster and Micara already through our GalingPinas movement.”
