Archipelago Builders Corporation Partners with Profriends for Westwind Construction
A marker signifying the beginning of Westwind’s construction was placed on site after a successful contract signing happened between Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends) and Triple A (AAA) construction firm, Archipelago Builders Corporation (ABC). 60 years in the construction business this year, ABC boasts a number of residential towers in its portfolio, in addition to its commercial, industrial, institutional, and road projects.
In his keynote speech, ABC President John Paul Pe was grateful to Profriends for entrusting to them the building of Profriends’ pilot 4-storey condo village, Westwind at Lancaster New City. “We also have evolved into production of our own products, wall system, which will also be used in your project, archi wall and also the pre-casting panels,” says Pe. In her address, Profriends President Kathleen Choa assured its stakeholders that Westwind at Lancaster New City will be a pleasant milestone for everyone: “This is big news for our project. You can now say to your buyers with confidence that the buildings we’re delivering to them will be of quality and will be done by the most credible builders (there are.)”
Westwind at Lancaster New City will feature common outdoor lifestyle spaces in between clusters of 4-storey buildings. More to look forward to is it being inside the vibrant Lancaster community and is expected to adapt the community vibe where youth leaders and volunteers drive various events for families to enjoy and enable to build camaraderie and lasting relationship among fellow homeowners.
