Westwind Construction Rapidly Progresses
After its first concrete pouring last March 2025, Westwind’s construction is rapidly progressing. Profriends’ first condo village inside the expansive Lancaster New City township, Westwind, is designed to have communal gathering spaces to strengthen social ties. The township itself reinforces this community feel—with its active homeowner groups, regular events, and security teams—residents often describe it as “a city within its own walls.” Jaja Dumanon, a homeowner from Kensington in Lancaster New City, shares that her family enjoys the community activities they participate in: “My kids really enjoy the activities here and we look forward to the yearly Kids & Family Fair. It’s fun that we have a new venue for the event here at the entrance statement of Westwind.”
Partners In Building The Condo Village
For its part, Triple A (AAA) construction firm, Archipelago Builders Corporation (ABC), is grateful for being awarded to construct this project. “First of all, not all will call you ‘partner.’ Coming from Profriends, calling us ‘partner’ is great honor. We are excited to do this project and we are very much equipped technically and commercially and we are giving our all for this project,” says ABC President John Paul Pe. “We are very well-prepared for this project, like what our portfolio says, we have most of the items that are needed in this project prepared, and of course, number one is teamwork,” added Pe. Earlier, Profriends President Kathleen Choa noted that she is confident to say that “the building we’re delivering will be of quality and done by a credible builder,” referring to ABC.
