Westwind Gains Momentum as Profriends Awards Second Building to ABC
Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends) continues to move Westwind forward as it renews its partnership with Archipelago Builders Corporation (ABC), awarding the construction of the community’s second low-rise condominium building to the Triple A contractor.
The renewed partnership follows the successful and on-time delivery of Westwind’s first building, reinforcing ABC’s capability to deliver quality developments aligned with Profriends’ standards.
“We are pleased with ABC’s commitment in completing our first building,” said Profriends President Kathleen Choa. “Their high-quality work, proven reliability, and strong track record of delivering projects on time and in line with agreed objectives gave us the confidence to continue our partnership,” she added.
ABC President John Paul Pe also expressed optimism about the continued collaboration, sharing that the company looks forward to building not just one, but more projects together with Profriends.
As the first building nears completion, unit owners can expect to begin moving in by quarter four of this year, marking the start of a new chapter within Westwind.
