MONTICELLO INTIMO’S ALLISON: A Gift For A Better Living
PAVIA, ILOILO — A festive morning welcomed residents and guests at Monticello Intimo in Pavia, Iloilo as Profriends unveiled and blessed Allison, its newest house model designed for modern Ilonggo families.
Known for its proximity to Iloilo City and neighboring provinces, Pavia continues to attract families seeking both accessibility and growth potential. In her opening remarks, Profriends President Kathleen Choa shared the roots of the new model, saying, “It was a reflection of the Ilonggo family’s evolution. Allison came from Alice, a house model in Lancaster New City Cavite. When we transferred Alice to Iloilo, it also became a best-selling product, with a similar market that time—typically having three to four kids.”
Today, many Filipino families have one to two children, making a two-bedroom home a practical and comfortable choice. Allison reflects this shift by offering modern families a smaller, more convenient space where they can rest, recharge, and enjoy everyday life at home.
Addressing the guests, Choa highlighted the convenience of living in Monticello Intimo, where families are just minutes away from supermarkets, co-working spaces, educational institutions, and other important destinations that support everyday living. The occasion was kicked-off by a drum and dance performance led by the Mandurriao National High School performers, followed by the opening remarks from Profriends President and the unveiling of the new house model in Monticello Intimo. Highlighting the gathering was a heartfelt house blessing, with prayers for prosperity, safety, and harmony, symbolizing Allison as a gift for better living and brighter beginnings.
